Hello curlers. We are monitoring COVID-19 updates from Public Health Ontario and the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) in the USA.
At this time, we are still accepting registrations for all of our 2020 camps.
REFUND POLICY
We will provide 100% refunds if camps are cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a camper has to cancel due to sickness we will provide a 100% refund, or provide 100% credit for another HOT SHOTS Curling Camp (camper choice). No administration charge.
We are in contact with our host curling club, hotels, and other partners. We will provide updates when appropriate. Email us at david@hotshotscurling.com if you have any questions.

We're sorry to inform you that the Kansas City Curling Club has postponed their camp till 2021.
They are actively work on building a dedicated curling facility.
Very excited times for their club and growth of the sport in the USA Their members feel that their efforts should be focussed on that project at this time, and host campers at their new club in 2021. Stay tuned for a new date.

Kansas City Curling Club?
Line Creek Community Center Kansas City, Missouri
We will soon be accepting registrations for our camp at the Kansas City Curling Club (an arena club which plays out of the Line Creek Community Center) in Kansas City, Missouri, 2021.
The city of Kansas City is known for its barbecue, jazz heritage and fountains. It’s home to American Jazz Museum and the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum. Kansas City is in the centre of the USA. There is a new energy in the city, a revolution of creativity, music, food, art and business. They call it the New Midwest!

WHO CAN ATTEND
While our camps are typically for adults, In order promote the development of the sport in the USA, we are also accepting junior teams. (Coaches/Parents, contact us to apply.) No (or little) experience necessary. The camp is also open to Stick curlers and Wheelchair curlers.
Campers are organized in groups based on ability and experience, in order to maximize the learning experience.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our camp philosophy is to provide curlers with the tools to make more shots and get greater enjoyment from the sport.
Our on-ice sessions will focus on developing a balanced delivery, consistent release and rock rotation, and of course hitting the target.
We will also teach you effective brushing techniques, how to read the ice, and the secrets of angles (along with some techniques that will allow you to throw those takeouts without compromising your delivery.)

Charlotte Camp

We are now accepting registrations for our September 18-20, 2020 camp at the Charlotte Curling Association. This will be our fourth camp in Charlotte dating back to 2013. From arena ice at the Extreme Ice Centre to a dedicated four-sheet facility, the HOT SHOTS team has been proud to support the growth of the club and the sport in the southeast United States.
Charlotte, North Carolina is easily accessible via direct flight from most points in the USA. The Charlotte Curling Association is located only twenty minutes drive from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. The curling club and its members pride themselves on a strong base of camaraderie, fellowship, community, sportsmanship, ethics, and morals. All of this combines to yield an amazing group of people, gathering together, playing a sport together but more importantly, enjoying life together.

25th ANNIVERSARY HOT SHOTS IN OAKVILLE IN 2020
Our 25th year of staging camps in Canada and the USA will see us return to Oakville, Ontario (30 minutes west of Toronto) for our annual summer three-day camp August 28-30, 2020.
We are very excited to be once again staging this camp at the eight-sheet OAKVILLE CURLING CLUB, with its luxurious lounge and world-class ice surface.

Our host is the eight-sheet OAKVILLE CURLING CLUB (30 minutes west of Toronto), with its luxurious lounge and world-class ice surface. Our host hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn located just 10 minutes from the in Oakville Curling Club.

Brainerd Lakes Curling Club?
Fran Holden Curling Arena Located at the Crow Wing County Fairgrounds
We are now accepting registrations for our October 16-18, 2020 camp at the Brainerd Lakes Curling Club, which plays out of the Fran Holden Curling Arena in Brainerd, Minnesota. The club was founded in 2006, and thanks to a generous donation, built a dedicated four-sheet facility that opened in January 2012.
The community of Brainerd is nestled in the center of Minnesota. With a population of 14,000, it has small-town charm along some of the most popular lakes in Minnesota. As the home of over 10,000 lakes, it is a quintessential lake destination that needs to be explored.
