All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Canada. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

This website is operated by Hot Shots Curling Camp and Wow! Special Event Management . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hot Shots Curling Camp and Wow! Special Event Management. Hot Shots Curling Camp and Wow! Special Event Management offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

Visiting or purchasing product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound to the “Terms and Conditions”. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Refunds and Safety

The organizers reserve the right to substitute instructors based on availability. The Hot Shots Curling Camp, Wow! Special Event Management Inc., the host clubs, and their staff and contractors are not responsible for injuries at the Hot Shots Curling Camp. The organizers recommend each camper undertake stretching exercises prior to arrival at the camp.

Refunds will not be provided after the final payment is made. The entry is fully transferable in case of illness or injury.

Online store

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
